Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments and claims, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with the repair team to ensure that customer vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and that customers are kept informed throughout the repair process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
