Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Staff for Early Childhood Education at 1957694 Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will assist early childhood educators in creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Program Implementation
    • Support early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support Daily Operations
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment, including assisting with housekeeping and cooking duties.
    • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Record Keeping and Communication
    • Assist in keeping records of children's progress and observations.
    • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
  • Health and Safety
    • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, including planning and maintaining an environment that protects their health, security, and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Punctuality.
