We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at MJF Business Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure. You must be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
