We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at 2402309 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
