Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality dishes.
Inventory ManagementManage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Cleanliness and SafetyMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is an asset.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen leadership role is required.
SkillsExcellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required.
