Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and prevent waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
