Primary Care Medical Director Opportunity in Northern Vermont

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Primary Care team in northern Vermont. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will oversee and guide outpatient care, facilitate office flow, and address day-to-day clinical aspects.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Primary Care team
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Collaborate with our Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement strategic plans for outpatient medicine
- Work closely with our RN Team leader and MA to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in EMR optimization, implementation, and development to improve clinical efficiency
- Minimum 5 years of practice in outpatient primary care
- Experience with RHCs preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the healthcare team
- EMR optimization and implementation experience
