Britt Medical Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Medical Director to lead our outpatient team in northern Vermont. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the outpatient care and quality initiatives, while also providing direct clinical supervision to our medical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and guide outpatient care and quality initiatives
- Provide direct clinical supervision to medical practitioners
- Facilitate office flow and address day-to-day clinical aspects
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and other healthcare professionals to achieve quality and patient satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in medical staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient primary care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
