This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at Gordon Ramsay Burger. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests by name and provide personalized service
  • Manage Open Table reservations and seating arrangements
  • Explain menu items and specials to guests
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required
  • Maintain accurate records and wait lists
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience
  • Experience using Open Table platform an asset
  • Serving it Right certification
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment

This role requires regular work in a fast-paced casino, restaurant, or bar environment. You must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and work non-traditional hours.
