Job Title: Tile Installer

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and grouts to ensure a strong and durable bond
  • Install tiles, including cutting and fitting around obstacles and openings
  • Align and straighten tiles to ensure a level and even surface
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles
  • Install tile strips and mosaic tiles for decorative designs
  • Work with clients to understand their tile installation needs and preferences
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile installation
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
