Chief Technology and Operations Officer

OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our technology and operations divisions. This role is crucial for driving the organization towards its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Departmental Leadership: Authorize and structure the formation of major departments along with senior staff roles.
- Strategic Objectives: Establish and approve objectives, policies, and programs for the organization.
- Representation: Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official functions, or delegate as necessary.
- Staff Selection: Choose middle managers and directors, empowering them with the necessary authority to foster optimal working conditions.
- Performance Management: Conduct thorough performance evaluations for staff.
- Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
This position will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 42 hours per week.
