Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior staff members.
  • Set organizational goals and approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
Supervision

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals.
