Construction Site Coordinator Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Coordinator capable of executing a range of building projects in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

An ideal candidate should be prepared to undertake physically demanding tasks, including the handling of various construction materials and the operation of machinery and tools.

Responsibilities of a Construction Site Coordinator:
  • Interpreting and adhering to established drawings and scopes of work.
  • Ensuring compliance among staff and subcontractors.
  • Upholding health and safety standards.
  • Communicating with project and field managers through various platforms.
  • Coordinating schedules for trades and work phases.
  • Documenting site conditions and daily progress reports.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and planning next steps.
  • Engaging with other personnel, clients, subcontractors, product representatives, inspectors, engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Possessing general construction knowledge and skills, along with a strong work ethic.
Construction Site Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Experience in both residential and commercial construction.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and pursue additional training as needed.
