- Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service
- Establish work schedules and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
