Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist passengers during check-in and throughout their journey
- Manage pre-flight procedures and support passengers with special requirements
- Oversee baggage handling and address any issues with mishandled luggage
- Respond to passenger inquiries through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate records and uphold high customer service standards
- Engage in Porter's Safety Management System
