Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist passengers during check-in and throughout their journey
  • Manage pre-flight procedures and support passengers with special requirements
  • Oversee baggage handling and address any issues with mishandled luggage
  • Respond to passenger inquiries through various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold high customer service standards
  • Engage in Porter's Safety Management System

  • Team-oriented with a proven track record in managing challenging situations
  • Reliable with a solid attendance history
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to commit to 20-30 hours per week (part-time)
  • Physically capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English
