**About the Role**

The University of Toronto is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Records Coordinator, Enrolment Services Specialist. This role is part of the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, a world-renowned institution that offers graduate and undergraduate programs in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, forestry, and visual studies.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Implement plans and process improvements for registration and enrollment activities, ensuring seamless and responsive services to our students.
  • Analyze, draft, and submit course schedules and/or room allocations for approval, utilizing data management and analytical skills.
  • Monitor student degree progress, adhering to academic policies and regulations.
  • Oversee the data collection and analysis processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implement plans and process improvements for records administration activities, utilizing business process management skills.
  • Produce complex statistical information, utilizing data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ensure that procedures and/or guidelines are followed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four years of recent and related experience maintaining and monitoring student academic records, database administration, and student enrollment activities.
  • Experience monitoring undergraduate degree progress, analyzing and drafting course schedules and/or room allocations.
  • Experience preparing and coordinating course timetables and registration materials, utilizing project management skills.
  • Experience generating and analyzing statistical reports and summaries, utilizing data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with interpreting and applying academic policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretative skills, with the ability to understand and apply a large amount of information and complex set of regulations and guidelines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience implementing process improvements for registration/records management, utilizing business process management skills.
  • Experience maintaining information on digital platforms, utilizing data management and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in using Student Information Systems and Course Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with data management and ensuring data integrity, utilizing data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service, and project management skills.
  • Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to be flexible in working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide training to end users on systems.
