The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the growth and development of the organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing membership engagement, partnerships, government relations, events, and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the growth and development of the organization, ensuring it delivers value to its membership and the profession.
- Oversee membership engagement and growth, partnerships, government relations, events, and strategic leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the interests of the association and its members.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with government and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with experience in strategic planning and working with Boards/Committees.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare system and the role of associations in promoting the interests of their members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with government and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
