Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our national People team. As the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing key people and culture initiatives, developing trusting relationships with academic and business leaders, and fostering a collaborative environment across the university.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with academic and business leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the university's mission, values, and goals.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand their hiring needs, identify diverse talent, and develop strategies for recruitment and retention.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and turnover reports.
- Ensure People practices in hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation support a diverse, inclusive, collaborative organizational culture and comply with regional and national labor laws and regulations.
- Coach and advise leaders on best practices in performance management that enable a high-performance and highly engaged workforce.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and creativity.

- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational issues.
