We are currently seeking a Senior IT Contract Specialist to provide support in the non-profit sector.
Key QualificationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines.Capable of participating in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.Some travel may be necessary for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Core ResponsibilitiesEngage in the review and negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.Assess contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and contractual commitments.Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation through to renewal or termination.Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align with business goals.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.Monitor contract performance to ensure timely delivery of services and products.Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance understanding of contract obligations.Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement and contract processes and implement necessary changes.Coordinate project deliverables and plans with other project managers and stakeholders.
