About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to play a key role in the strategy of the contract management department. The successful candidate will work closely with the company and project executives to manage contracts, claims, and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and submission of interim progress claims and final accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Oversee subcontract progress payment claims, variations, contractual claims, and final accounts per subcontract terms.
  • Undertake procurement and negotiation of civil, engineering, supply, and construction contracts.
  • Prepare and negotiate Subcontract Agreements and their terms and conditions.
  • Ensure project managers and staff comply with commercial requirements in contracts, adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, providing support on contract administration matters and ensuring contractual documents are properly prepared and approved.
  • Manage disputes or major claims with subcontractors or the Client and provide contractual advice to teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, manage cost-related information and reports, and analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actions.
