This position is situated within a retail/wholesale establishment or distribution center, providing a dynamic and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms
- Handle telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently
- Compile reports from both manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual or electronic means
- Send and receive messages as required
- Conduct basic bookkeeping duties
- Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits
- Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service
- File materials appropriately in the storage area
- Label, file, and retrieve documents as needed
