Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer transactions (receive and dispense prescriptions)
  • Handle in-person and telephone refill requests and document deliveries
  • Assist with Pill Pack Assembly
  • Organize prescriptions, order and restock supplies, maintain cleanliness
  • Create and receive drug orders
  • Coordinate professional clinical services (e.g., medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease management)
  • Oversee BTC management
  • Perform Administrative Duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, returns, manual third parties
  • Comply with and implement all relevant company standards
  • Support other pharmacy operations as needed
Your Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate, or other recognized pharmacy program
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to adhere to and implement all relevant company standards
