Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions.
  • Handle in-person and telephone refill requests and document deliveries.
  • Assist with Pill Pack Assembly.
  • Manage filing of prescriptions, ordering and restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Create and receive drug orders.
  • Schedule professional clinical services such as medication reviews and health risk assessments.
  • Oversee BTC management.
  • Perform administrative duties including cycle counts, narcotic counts, and returns to stock.
  • Adhere to and implement all relevant company standards.
  • Support other pharmacy operations as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate, or equivalent recognized program.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to adhering to and implementing all applicable company standards.
