Overview:

Become a part of ROM as a Lead Financial Strategist, a pivotal position within the Financial Planning & Analysis division. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will take charge of managing project expenditures, developing financial documentation, and overseeing budget distributions. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be essential in connecting project teams with the finance department to ensure that financial plans are in harmony with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the precision and reliability of project expenditures
  • Generate detailed financial documentation
  • Oversee budget distributions and perform variance assessments
  • Monitor capital project metrics and essential performance indicators
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual assessments

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
  • CPA certification is advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting and financial analysis
  • Expertise in financial modeling and analytical techniques
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial standards
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 applications
