Your Role:

As a Lead Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative banking platform for SMBs. You will not only contribute to product development but also engage in critical problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the planning, development, and launch of new product initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, establishing clear success metrics to guide development.
  • Analyze business and product data to identify opportunities and prioritize feature enhancements.
  • Provide constructive feedback on design and user experience, ensuring our products deliver exceptional user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability within the team to achieve outcomes and uphold high standards for product delivery.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture, elevating the practice of Product Management at Relay.
Work Environment:

We operate in a hybrid model, encouraging collaboration in our office twice a week. We value a culture of connection, offering lunch, snacks, and beverages to our team members.
