In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate control, processing, and distribution of critical documentation for nuclear projects and sales orders. You will oversee a team dedicated to maintaining meticulous records and facilitating seamless document flow across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of document control specialists.
  • Develop and implement procedures for efficient document management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of technical documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in document control and quality assurance within the nuclear industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
