Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Husky Pest Control. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks, including entering data, creating and sending invoices, and performing all other bookkeeping tasks.
  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional support.
  • Schedule in-person consultation appointments with clients and follow up with inquiries via phone or website.
  • Coordinate staff members' appointments and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Perform general filing and maintenance of files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with other duties and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Quickbooks, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
