We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza Canada. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the store has the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for customers.
- Inventory Management: Ability to manage inventory levels and ensure that the store has the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
