About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at MR. LUBE HAMILTON. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the store's budget and financial performance.
    • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
