We are a dynamic retail organization with a strong presence in Southern Ontario, operating multiple stores across five cities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Lead.
The Store Lead is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience.
The primary responsibility of the Store Lead is to uphold and exceed Domino's Product, Service, and Image standards at all times.
The Store Lead will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the team to achieve excellence in product, service, and image
- Managing in-week shift changes and cancellations
- Maintaining adequate levels of inventory, cleaning, and office supplies
- Confirming accurate completion of daily paperwork
- Promptly handling customer concerns within 48 hours
- Adhering to the policies and standards of Domino's Pizza Canada
A significant part of the role will involve running or co-running shifts in the pizza store, which will include making pizzas, serving customers, completing shift prep, doing paperwork, and leading the team.
The Store Lead will be a leader on the team, assist by being on-call at certain times, picking up shortages of food, etc. Prior experience is a requirement.
As a Store Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Ensuring excellent customer service and experience
- Maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Managing inventory and supplies
- Completing daily paperwork and reports
