About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Your Team
    • Coach and motivate your team to inspire top performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Execute Store Operations
    • Execute standards in recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, visual merchandising, and store operations
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining visual displays
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement
  • Enhance Customer Experience
    • Empower your team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
    • Ensure a high level of customer focus and lead by example with clear and engaging communication
  • Maintain Store Appearance
    • Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained
    • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Customer Focus
    • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Results-Oriented
    • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
