About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Figure Tax Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and colleagues.
  • Document Management: Prepare and administer contracts, invoices, reports, and other documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Experience and Education: A minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
