We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (EN/FR) Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at CDW. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business results and improve processes.
- 5+ years of experience in a business partner or HR role, with a focus on IT or technology.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bilingual (EN/FR) language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
