About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Carbon Ecosystem Partnerships. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our Carbon solution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Execute Carbon Partnerships Strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of the carbon ecosystem, including key players, trends, and market needs.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with technology companies, system integrators, and carbon-specific ISVs to expand our Carbon solution.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy, including scouting, negotiation, and contract management.
Build and Manage Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology companies, system integrators, and carbon-specific ISVs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, including key metrics and success indicators.
Drive Business Growth
  • Develop and execute plans to drive business growth through partnerships, including co-marketing efforts and joint product development.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of business growth plans.
  • Monitor and report on business growth metrics, including revenue and customer acquisition.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a partnerships, strategy, or business development role within the SaaS technology sector.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch, and manage complex partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to pursue new and unprecedented opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to present information and findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Demonstrated product sense and experience growing and distributing new products.
  • Expertise in product strategy and product development.
  • Relationship skills, with ability to listen, interact well with others, and build strong relationships.
