Position: Floor Leader

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic team?

Lush North America is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Floor Leader to join our team in Montreal Eaton Centre. As a Floor Leader, you will be responsible for creating a unique and welcoming customer experience, coaching and mentoring your team, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer feels welcome and valued, and that your team is equipped to provide exceptional service.

Team Involvement: Lead by example, demonstrate a positive attitude, and contribute to a solution-oriented work environment.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensure accurate processes, and delegate tasks effectively to your team.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service, cash handling, and leadership
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
