Program Structure

The Management Development Program consists of five phases, each focusing on a different aspect of our business:

  • Phase 1: Logistics and Operations - Learn the products we sell and how they are delivered to our customers.
  • Phase 2: Sales and Customer Service - Develop skills in customer service, sales, order management, and inventory control.
  • Phase 3: Inside Sales and Project Management - Gain experience in managing large-scale projects and developing sales strategies.
