Ledcor is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Indigenous Relations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities across Canada, aligning with our corporate priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with Indigenous communities to support business development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to integrate Indigenous engagement strategies into broader business plans.
  • Provide direction in delivering value-added services to support business development, including data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Enhance the accessibility and availability of Indigenous engagement resources and support services across all Ledcor businesses.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Indigenous relations and sustainability; share insights with internal leaders.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in business development, specializing in partnership building and Indigenous relations.
  • Commercial and financial expertise is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time for business development and project engagements.
