About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Indigenous Relations Manager to join our team at Ledcor Construction, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic partnerships aligned with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key Indigenous communities essential to our initiatives.
  • Provide direction in delivering value-added services to support business development, including data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and business units to integrate Indigenous engagement strategies into broader business plans.
  • Represent Ledcor in external forums, industry associations, and community events, promoting our commitment to sustainability and Indigenous engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous communities, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business development, specializing in partnership building and Indigenous relations.
  • Commercial and financial expertise is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time for business development and project engagements.
