Education Director - Part Time

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Education Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the centre's operations, ensuring the delivery of our teaching philosophy, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the centre's operations, including managing staff, administering cognitive assessments, and establishing student programming
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, including educating parents about our program and its benefits
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the centre and its services
  • Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized programs for students
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in education or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Ontario Curriculum
  • Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification or equivalent would be an asset
