- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional image.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
As an Operations Director at Cozy Time, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a dynamic team that values initiative, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English (work language).
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
