The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for student success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A strong educational background or equivalent experience.
  • Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
