Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Food and Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare food order summaries for chef, and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Or equivalent experience
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
