About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liidlii Kue hotel NT LTD. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and menu changes.
  • Hire and train food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the high standards of our hotel.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, conducting regular audits and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Work Environment
