Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Liidlii Kue hotel NT LTD. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and excess
  • Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our guests
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards to maintain a positive reputation
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Setting

This role is based in our hotel, motel, or resort setting, where you will be working with a diverse range of guests and staff.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Hours

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.
