Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer service and quality.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending and stooping.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
