Automotive Finance Manager

About the Role:
The Finance Manager is a key liaison between customers and lenders, ensuring a seamless lending process for vehicle purchases. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to provide optimal financing options and accurate information to both parties.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the lending process, ensuring they receive the best financing options available.
- Provide accurate and timely information to lenders, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Administer finance and leasing deals accurately, adhering to federal and provincial regulations.
- Research and secure competitive interest rates and financing programs from various lending institutions.
- Process customer deposits and partial payments, and prepare necessary documents for vehicle delivery.
- Track and record sales performance, and prepare policy remittances and sales reports.
- Collaborate with Sales and Lease Consultants to close customer sales, and conduct informative sales meetings to promote finance and lease programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent automotive Financial Services experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Valid VSA License required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and PBS.
