About the Role:
The Finance Manager is a key liaison between customers and lenders, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process to ensure optimal financing options. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and close vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and other services.
- Disclose all financial and product information to clients, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval from financial sources and maintaining good working relationships with lenders.
- Research and organize vehicle liens, track sales performance, and prepare policy remittances and sales reports.
- Train and inform sales teams on finance and lease programs, promoting the dealership's services and products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent automotive financial services experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Valid VSA License required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications and PBS.
