The Junior Finance Manager is a key liaison between customers and lenders, ensuring seamless vehicle financing processes. This role involves guiding customers through the lending process, providing optimal financing options, and ensuring accurate information is shared with lenders in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Present and close vehicle financing and insurance to customers, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and life/disability insurance.
- Disclose all financial and product information to clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Complete detailed and accurate computer-printed bills of sale.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately, securing approval through financial sources in accordance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments.
- Produce, print, and package necessary documents for vehicle delivery.
- Research, organize, and pay-out vehicle liens on vehicles being traded in by clients.
- Track and record sales performance of the Finance office.
- Prepare policy remittances/sales reports to finance office suppliers and Dealer Principal.
- Assist Sales & Lease Consultants to close customer sales on the showroom floor or finance office.
- Conduct motivating and informative sales meetings with respect to products and service within the finance office.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent automotive sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Valid VSA License required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong computer skills - MS Office applications, Outlook, PBS.
