Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Scott 72 Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and provide a welcoming shopping environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and customer service software.
