Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
